Re: Isaac Newton, help for my report?

I believe Sir Isaac Newton defined the law of gravity. Try doing a Google search on him and you can learn a lot about him! Here is a fun looking starting link: http://ellerbruch.nmu.edu/classes/cs255f03/cs255students/jedens/P4/factpg3.html

Don't feel down about your report, it can be a great way to learn about something new!

Re: What is the cost to build a modular house per sq. ft.?

I work for a modular designer and manufacturer and we can build homes for a wide range of costs. We can do $70/sq ft and we can do $250/sq ft it just depends on what you are willing to spend.

Modular homes are not necessarily cheaper than traditional site built homes. They do however benefit greatly from up to 60% faster production time, reduced site disruption and are indistinguishable from site built homes.

Check us out: http://www.modtech.com and http://www.modtechresidential.com

Re: How to build a modular home?

Get in touch with a good modular building designer and manufacturer. Modtech is great: http://www.modtech.com and http://www.modtechresidential.com

Modular homes are not necessarily cheaper than a regular home. They can be built up to 60% faster than a stick built home because they are produced in a factory and then assembled on site.

Modular homes benefit from reduced site disruption and are also more environmentally friendly because of reduced material waste from manufacturing efficiencies. Modular homes can be beautiful and indistinguishable from a traditional site built home and share common features and finishes.

Good luck!
