Re: How can I burn belly fat before summer?

what i do is limit my calories, i have been keeping this book and it has breakfast, lunch, dinner, drinks, and snacks. whatever i eat i count up the calories, i try to be under 1100 calories a day. and the first month i lost 15 pounds. sure it isnt the fastest way but its something that doesnt really cost money i hope this helps.

Re: How do you change a naval ring?

Well there isnt many steps but first wait 2-3 months befor changing(i waited 2 and a half) second take the old on out, clean the piercing with either sea salt w/ water, or just water. clean the old ring too so it doesnt build up the grossness. third clean the new belly button ring, you can clean that with rubbing alchohol oor the other 2, but if u use the alchohol remeber to get all of the alchohol off the ring so it doesnt irritate the skin.

Re: Pus coming out of a Belly Button?

pus came out of mine for like a month its totally natural for it to do that, it doesnt mean that its infected. no if its coming out for that long there is no difference. i dont think i have met anyone who hasnt had pus come out for a while. atleast a month.

Re: How often do you change a naval ring?

I do, i Rarely change my belly button ring. Its actually easy to change but it can be kind of scary at first. i was really scared to do it the first time, but it got easier and easier after that. you get over it after a bit. i had it for 2 monthes befor i changed it. But make sure to not change it befor atleast 2-3 monthes of having it.
