<title>Microwave popcorn grease on my hoodie</title>
<description> so I just popped some microwave popcorn and I was eating it while I was lying down, and the bag was on top of my stomach. I was wearing my light blue hoodie and when I sat back up there was a bunch of yellow popcorn grease on it!!!
I'm so depressed!!! I love this hoodie! do any of you have any idea how to get it off? I tried getting it off by wetting a paper towel and rubbing it with soap but theres still some left!

<title>Which apartment to lease this summer?</title>
<description> I have a choice to make about which apartment to lease this summer. My choices have come down to a 2/2 with a sunroom on the 2nd floor, or a 2/2 on the 1st floor with upgrades (hardwood floors and wood blinds). I have a 1&amp;1/2 year old. I would love the sun room for a play area, but I hate that we would have to battle stairs to go anywhere or come home. I am also not a fan of carpet. I am having a really hard time making a decision.

      <title>Earthquakes damage bathroom tiles?</title>
<description> Can earthquakes cause bathroom tiles to break down?
We've had a lot. Like little mini ones, but it seems like all the things that we've mended at home are breaking down.
For example, the tiles in the shower, cracks in the sink which we've mended.
Both the tiles in both showers are breaking down. I find it weird.. and plus we've also had many earthquakes lately.
What do you guys think?

      <title>Should I take serious measures?</title>
<description> Hi I'm really scared right now I just found out someone was murdered and thrown in the brush on the path where I go for walks. I'm a stay at home wife and I only have a lil dog to warn me of danger! I would go get 2 rowilers if I could but landlord says no.I live on private acerage but there is a bar like 3 mins away. And I am soo scared b/c 5 mins the other way ther's a gunshop.I don't own a gun and I'm too scared to buy one. They freak me out.I don't know how to drive and my mom and dad sheltered me and always kept me away from the news.I don't have any good locks on my doors but I do have storm windows over the reg windows. My landlord's scary and lies constantly and I'm looking for a house to rent/buy right now b/c I'm too scared to stay here.Does anyone know what I should do? Last time I got scared I bought a mini fridge and put it in my room then put the dresser and bed up against the door.I have an attatched bathroom so I was good to go.This really scares me does anyone know what I should do in the meantime? It will take a bit to find a house right now b/c of the compettition right now.The person/people shot the guy sideways through the head yesterday morning at 9:32 am.It was a random murder and that's why I'm sooo scared.I usually for the past year I have lived here don't even go into my own yard. It's not safe!WHAT DO I DO?!

<title>Is there really nothing that takes grease stains out?</title>
<description> I work at a food stand at a race track, I work as a cashier but I tend to get grease on me anyways. I have the stains all over my shirt and it makes me feel like such a dirt ball even though my shirt always gets washed after I wear it. I know people are going to look and understand because of where I work - but I still feel dirty regardless because of the stains. The shirt is a medium blue colour.
Is there seriously anything to take those stains out?

<title>Dragon Tree leaves falling out, too dry?</title>
<description> HI, I have a dragon tree (dracaena marginata) (I think it might be a D.concinna though) at home, I've had it for about 6 month I guess. The leaves are not falling out, but they go downwards and they used to stick out (I'm not very good in english)...they used to go upwards, for now I'm using a plastic pot, but I heard maybe thoses are no good, what should I use then? I'm thinking maybe its because of the electric heat in the winter, maybe my appartement is too dry? At the store where I bought it, they told me to put it in the shade. Should I spray water on the leaves?
Any information would be apreciated, thanks in advance!

<title>Bankers, real estate agents &amp; wall street who's to blame?</title>
<description>Every month I get a market update from a real estate agent. :)
Inventory up 65% this year, Number of closed sales down 34%, number of new listings up 9%. Average price down 8%

Wow. It's not enough yet, but it's something. And loans seem to be getting harder. But the real question is for all the people who got ripped off...are the executives who profited at the loss of the middle class going to get thrown in jail? Their money taken, their houses confiscated, just like those who are going through forclosure?

Is it just me, or is this whole thing a scandal on par with the tech boom / bust of the late 90's? I think it's even worse, personally.</description>
