Zoo-med repti therm heater?

Does anyone still have the directions to use an under tank heater from zoo-med? cause I was wondering if it needs to warm up for 24 hours or something. I plugged mine in last night and its still not warm.

I had one that stuck to the side of my tank back when I had hermit crabs, and it warmed up right away. Make sure the outlet is working by plugging something else into it, and if it's not the outlet, it's the heater. It may be defective.
