Your opinion of being normal

I couldn sleep the other night and I was layin in bed thinkin but bein normal, people always says well that not normal, but its normal to that person, personally I dont think anythins quote unquote normal, b/c wats normal to me, may not be normal to you, adn wats normal to you, may not be to me...so I just wanted to know your opinion on bein normal

What a great question! Normal is average...it's what most people do... Try to be abnormal whenever possible!

Logging 4 hours of TV a day is normal. Not having a TV in your house is not.

Having a little square house in the middle of a big housing estate is normal. Renovating an old church and living in that, is not.

Picking up the phone is normal. Handwriting a letter is not.

Going to the movies to see the latest box office hit is normal. Renting a french or german film with subtitles is not.

Hmmm, I can't think of any more.. maybe others will good excercise for us all!

"normal" is a relative term
normality is subjective to each individual and the society which surrounds him/her.
meaning
that what I find "normal" may not be what you do
I smoke weed...you may never have tried it
im writting a book...you dont even like to read em!!!
I've never seen snow...you may ski every weekend
I hate liver&onions ...it may be your favorite dish

normality is up to your perspective

no one's normal. people have their faults and quirks and that's what makes people stand out and are different. What YOU may think is normal might be what someone else calls NOT NORMAL.

Normal for you would be what you and your friends do, normal for me would be what my friends and I do. Everybodies "normal" would be different depending on where they live, how they grew up, who there friends are, what school they go to, the foods they eat, etc. Honestly, I don't think that I'm "normal", I do what I want and I don't worry about what anyone else wants me to do. The only people in this world that could ever get me to do something I don't want to do is my husband and my kids (only to make them happy).

Sometimes doing what is abnormal is GOOD

I belive that theres is no such thing as normal, perfect, the best or anything like that because I meen someone could think that that thing isnt normal or perfect of the best so yeah.
