I've been a devoted Catholic since I was born and very involved with my Church(s).Then I Find out my next door neighbor (I lived next door to him and her for several years)is a Very well liked Priest??I even went to his Church and he talks a very good...

Homily but when home he doesn't,Isn't Like I feel a Priest should be.He doesn't want to be bothered nor does his Girlfriend either.There are several sick senior citizens on our street,my Mother being one of them and he avoids her,me,and as I even did when I was involved with my Church ask or visit those that need him?Then I am told by my family I'm the Sinner cause I shouldn't let this bother me?Please let me hear your Feelings?

Okay your neighbor is a man of God and so he should act like one. and hes NOT. do not let your family tell you what and who you are. okay?? Become your own person. if you have a problem with it then take it to the church and they will hold him resonsible for it. But I dont know how the Catholic chruch works because I am a LCMS Lutheran.

I agree with ifeelcrazy...a priest or any member of the clergy is not obligated to help anyone...they deal with enough during their 'working hours' and need their down time.
