I have a terrible diet...I eat as and when I can...what I have available and how long it takes to prepare has a huge impact on if it gets eaten or not lol!!
but I try to eat as many veg as possible...I drink far too much tea..and starting drinking more coffee now...
and as a pathetic attempt at giving my body what it needs, I take vitamin, mineral and omega supplements...but if I had the money and the time (and motivation!), I would love to eat healthier...
I think your diet is affected by many things, I have kids, so as long as they eat their 3 square meals a day and have a couple of snack and have at least 7 fruit and veg a day, I don't care what I eat as long as I eat something...oh, and they have vit/ min and omega supplments too...I'm a bit nutty about my kids having enough healthy stuff...
maybe I should have told you what they have lol!!I woulnd't be so ashamed of that! 
I'm on the idiot proof diet. It seems to be working I've lost 2.5 lbs in just 5 days it says you can loose up to 9 lbs in 11 days. you pick what you want to eat off of their list and then tey calculate it up and make you 4 different meals each day and you can eat all you want but you cant eat until you are full just satisfied. I will get back with you after my 11 days are up.
ok well I have about 6 meals a day that total about 1880 calories. I am 5'8 135pds and very athletic. I do cardio for an hour everyother day and strength training for 1 hour on my non cardio days. I eat
400 calories for breakfast consisting of a protein shake that is 200 calories if you use milk 20g protein and then 200 left over for maybe eggs, bread and fruit...250 for snack...400 lunch...250 snack...400 dinner...180 dessert.
unlike most people think...I am not a big girl at all. I wear size 4 jeans and skirts and xs-m shirts. I aim for high protein and high fiber and steady carbs but low fat and a good amount of sugars only because im hypoglycemic but that doesnt mean im eating a candy bar every hour. I eat tons of fruits, veggies, and meats. sorry I wrote the bible here lol have a good day.
im currently trying to loose weight but this is my diet untill school started and messed it up :P
wake up 6am
breakfast 6am
snack 8am
snack 10am
snack 12am/pm ( not sure which its called lol noon there we go)
lunch 1pm?
snack 3 pm
dinner 5pm
snack 6pm
just water 7
nothing else unless I got reallly thirsty then water
drinks were water/ milk
I dont drink pop or juices
