start his last yr I just have never dated a younger guy and I dont know if I should he seems very nice he seems like he knows what he wants out of life I understand that I am only 19 but I am very mature for my age should I go thru with it? can anybody give me advice to see on what I should do please thank you guys

If you think that there could be potential for a lasting relationship go for it. Sometimes younger guys can surprise us. I know its always difficult dating a co-worker, so if you believe that may be too big a challenge maybe it's best for the two of you to remain friends. It just depends on how you see the situation.
