Which is a reference to masturbation.

yea the song is ment to be literal, theres no underlying meaning...she means just what she says...she wants to go out to a club and drink and dance and not be bothered by the many mofos that keep hitting on her, and they think theyre god's gift but really its just going to be them and their hand tonight meaning theyre going to be home alone with only their right hand to satisfy them
