Does any one know where I can find out how to do yoga?

You just click on whichever one you want to try then move onto the next one.

Take a local class if there is one avilable to you.
It isn't always good to learn by yourself because some of the streches learn yourself may be done so with very bad form. (form is one of the most important things when it comes to yoga poses) If it is not possible for you to take a class, I suggest renting a rodney yee book or video, or both.
