Is it true that yahoo msn keep files record all my chats so any one at home can open and read with no need for my password ??

You can set up logs of your chat, but Yahoo, itself, doesn't record your conversations.

it dosent unless you save it well that what I think I never found record of my old chats even if I actully looked for them lmao

Yes, this is true. But there is a solution:
1. Go to C, Program Files, Yahoo, Messenger, Profiles - select your profile and delete all the archives.
2. Open Yahoo Msn, go to Messenger = Preferences (or ctrl+shift+p), Archive and then select No, do not save any of my archives.
This should fix the problem forever.
Yahoo archives can be decoded with online decoders. Be careful.
