Fasting is bad news, eat little amounts on a regular basis to keep the wait off. If you have bad acne consult with your doctor and he`ll tell you the best product for your type of acne. GOOD LUCK

Not getting the right nutrition you need could mess with your skin, and facial features a lot. It can discolor your skin, or leave bags under your eyes from lack of calcium and other essentials.

Not getting the proper nutrition can do that. I've never seen that effect before, or heard of it, because most people I know tend to eat enough when they break fast.

fasting will drain your body for a little while and cause negative effects. Once you get back to your regular eating schedule I'm sure everything will clear up, don't worry the fasting is only temporary.
