Why do women arrange to go out and then cancel?

why do women arrange to do summin or go somewhere with a guy (who's supposed to be just a friend to her) then at the last minute tell the guy that summin else has come up??

basicly this girl I like asks me if I want to go inema or summin with her we arrange the times then 9 out of 10 times she fones or txts me at the last minute saying she ant go anymore because she's going with her parents sumwhere or she's going to see her other friends (who she sees more often). I don't get it!! wots going on???

I'm a girl that does this all the time, hehe its just to get the guys attention, we usually do this to guys we like, we want to see your reactions and how much you like us! lol

well maybe she wants you to 1. ask to do more stuff and hang out and be more forword 2. she wants you to buzz off 3. shes just like that

Most likely she's just really flaky if she's setting the stuff up and then tearing it down all by herself. I can't stand women like that but hey, that's just me. After I'm blown off 2x in a row I don't even give them the time of day.

That would be pretty annoying. The next time ask her to let you know before hand if she thinks she's not going to be able to make it. If its the same girl doing it all the time, like b.a.j said above, move on... fish in a different pond :P good luck!
