I downloaded a theme from windows XP, that changes the appearance of xp in to vista.
But in the licence agreement it says that 'it is incompatible with windows XP 64 bits (x64)'. I want to know what do they mean by '64 bits'

Im pretty sure mines a 64bit and it works. Im not sure what they mean buy it. Mine installed good but then after a while they started not to work. Then I installed it in safe mode and it worked awesome.
So yeah I would strongly advise installing in safe mode.
Easy way to get into safe mode. Start>Run> Msconfig> Go to boot.INI Then click safe mode minimal. To undo it Just do the process over, and un click safe mode
