Xbox 360 or ps3?? help me decide pleace

ok well I had a 360 and it got the Red Ring Of Death, so im thinking of getting a PS3 but all I ever hear is crap talked on it exccept the fact that it wont break down near as easy as the 360 and I loved xbox live and the 1 thing that will help me decide...

on getting a 360 or PS3 is if soemone will tell me about the PS3 online gameing, the main questions are...(please answer as much as you can)

1.does it have a friends list like xbox live?
2.Can you talk to people over a headset like xbox live?
3.does the PS3 have a lot of memory storage?
4.In your opinion is the PS3 better than the 360, graphics and all? O_o

and thats it if it has all of those than I'll say bye to Microsoft and say hello to Sony. please answer.

XBOX 360 FTW (for the win) the rrod is a prob but I like it better than PS3. thats just me tho

I would prefer a 360 because it is a lot more fun than the PS3.
Firstly, then reason you got the red ring of death is probably because you've treated your 360 like ***. I've had a 360 for like 6 years and I've never had any problem with it and I love playing video games.
Secondly, the 360 has so many more games than the PS3. And I know that everyone is saying that the PS3 has better graphics, well that might be true but the 360 has like pretty much the exact same graphics but like a 1000 more games.
Thirdly , I would choose a 360 because they have headsets and attachable keyboards that you can attach to your controller.
And lastly, the 360 controller has been proven to have the most user friendly and the most hand comfortable compared to any other system.

Firstly, people don't get the Red Ring of Death because they treat their Xbox 360s like ***, I had my 360 for a year and it got the Red Ring.

Secondly, the Xbox has more games than the PS3 but not by much. The Xbox may have more, but a lot of them suck. And no, the Xbox doesn't have the same graphics, close, but no.

Thirdly, the controllers are pretty much the same, only the analog sticks are a little different and the PS3 controller is smaller, that's about it.
