I HAVE EXTREAM WRITERS BLOCK !
how do I get rid of it

I saw this in an episode of NCIS, and it sounds reasonable.
Start writing anything. Do not let yourself censor any thought that comes to mind. Even use free association to keep going. And after a while your thoughts will start flowing again.
Like I said, it's from fiction, but that doesn't mean it's not worth a try.
