Take a breather, this block may be the cause of concentrating to much for to long, one a particular thing. Try a little bit away from this activity, see if you conjure up more thoughts during the time you are away. If not, then maybe an approach of understanding exactly what you are trying to say will help. I do this by focusing on the main point and reasons for my writings. If I am stuck, I try to take a break, if that doesn't work, I think about what I wish to accomplish, re-evaluate the perception and the just of what I wish to compose. Then try again. Sometimes though, it takes a little time. Others out of the blue it will just magically appear to me. I know how you feel though, Keep it up you'll do great. Don't get discouraged, because something worth writing, is always worth the effort.

Hey there
Take a deep breath, grab a coffee and do some reading. At least thats how I deal with writers block. As a writer we know that reading is just as important to your writing. Do some research. I am in the process of getting my first novel published and writers block wasnt really an issue except for a few times.

I get up and use the bathroom or get a drink of water. It usually comes to me then.
