I am 5'10 right now and 150 pounds. I am going to be on the wrestling team for my first year and I want to cut to 119 pounds. I was wondering if anybody has any suggestions on dropping weight but also staying strong so that I can be competitive while wrestling. All throughts are appreciated.
I wrestle just run your but off while having hot sweater and coat on and do push ups also eat health not less
Also I am willing to be bulimic and anorexic.
