Mm...mouthwash has alcohol in it so my life would pretty short if I drank that haha.. I choose popcorn oil. (ew)

lol mouthwash is safe if you gargle and not swallow the liquid as it will lead to potential stomach ulcers...haha, the idea of consuming popcorn oil isn't very appealing but if I had to choose one of the options, it would be popcorn oil surprised .. at least with popcorn oil one teaspoon would be enough to make you race to visit the toilet so you can detox whilst there hehe wink
