If you like the person, then yes. If not, say it was a dare or random chance, I would say it would have to be a little more than a peck. Really, as far as a peck goes, I think it counts on how you feel about the person...

I've always thought that a first kiss...is the first *special kiss* with someone who you were really in love with.. or a first boyfriend. I wouldn't count a little peck in nursery as my first kiss =P

Well it kinda depends, I've had many so called pecks on the lips but I didnt consider them as that kind of kisses. The first frenchkiss I received was the one I think is my first "real" kiss..
