would you wear shorts if it was 10 degrees and there wasjust a bit of snow on the ground but it was sunny out side??

would I? heck yes I have done that, I have worn shorts when there was 10 inches of snow on the ground, and a tank top when I was out icefishing.

I did that a couple of weeks ago. Barefoot too.

LOL 10 Celsuis or 10 Fahrenheit? There's a big difference. But I do know someone who wears shorts even at -10. At first I thought he was nuts but now I figure he doesnt feel the cold because he's athletic and fit, and he's got great legs anyway.

It depends on what you are doing, and the wind.

In Norway, especially at Eastertime, when the snow and sun are great in the mountains, people head for their mountain cabins, find a sheltered place (often building a high snow-wall) and then sit in bikinis or less to sun themselves.

BUT they pile on the clothes whenever they're going to move around or be in the wind.
