How hard is it to make a 2002 subaru wrx twin turbo?

Would anyone know how hard is it to make a 2002 subaru wrx twin turbo and about how expensive would it be on est.

I'm not sure how hard it is to make one - but I looked at the turbo kits and they are between 1 and 2 thousand.

very hard, unless it comes equip with the ability to input turbo on the car. for instance, my 2003 pontiac has enough space to put turbo on it, but the cost would out due any speed it could hit. so I decided not to.
