Am I still pregnant or did I lose it?

I had ivf and I got pregnent and in week 5 I start heavey bleeding and my hcg is also come down alittle so is there any hope I might be still pregnent or I lost it please I need you guys advice

You should really see a doctor. I have no clue whether you could still be pregnant but you might also be slightly hurt so I'd suggest making a gyno appointment soon.
