Working out results... how soon?
I started working out this january. It is now the end of march. I started slower but now for the past 4 weeks I've been going to the gym 3 times a week- those days I do 40-45 min of cardiovascular work out- hitting my target heart rate, and then weight...
lifting- alternating between legs and arms, and doing back and stomach pretty much every time. On the days I'm not at the gym I run outside- now that it's spring. I run for about 20 minutes- probably 3-4km.
I eat very healthy. I am not a sweets or snacks person. I try to eat before and after I work out. I am aware of the amount of food intake... and in general have quite good control over my diet.
However I am not seeing any noticable results (I'm approx 120lbs, didnt have much muscle to begin with). I notice my endurance is better, and I'm able to increase the weights I use... but I dont notice a difference on my body.
How long should this take??? Am I doing something wrong??
