Working out question

If I want to make my lower half of my body appear bigger then my top half should I lift heavier weights on my legs in controlling motion 3 sets of ten. And do my arms at a confortable weight 3 sets of ten. I don’t feel lobsodied.

I’m thinkin I should do: Day1: tredmill for 30 mins, 30 mins on legs Day2: Ellipital for 10 mins, bike 10 mins, arms 30 mins Day 3: tredmill 20mins, elliptial 10 mins, bike 10 mins, work on stomach

I dont run on the tredmill, I walk 3mph on an incline of 3.5 but I plan on increasing it graudally.

Should I do that plan continually? Like take 1-2 days a week off. Will that work?

Answer #1

if you want your lower to look bigger than your upper, wear tight pants and a baggy shirt…

Answer #2

if you want your upper body to seem smaller.. you shouldnt work out with weights on your upper part then… focus on heavy weights with your legs.. squats and running will also help you a lot..
