Working at a salon

Im 15 soon, for my course I've been working in a salon since september, the apprentiships that work there are all older then me obv, but I only see them like once a week cause I only go there once a week im always shy and if I start of shy I stay shy...

for some reasona and I dont feel part of them cause I dont really talk to them a lot but I do if I need to or somthing, but there all really nice friendly and I just wanna join in but im really shy :s but at school im like really loud round my friends and that.

So...in work, the only way you can develop relationships is to communicate: that requires talking *and* listening.

Perhaps try telling a joke, or asking about people's family, etc, and things should start rolling from there.
