Work out

I need some sort of nightly work out... I dont want anything crazy just some recomendations that have worked for people... Something like pushups situps all that good stuff lol... And certain foods too stay away from... Once again im not a psycho dieter...

and or fitness freak just want too get in better shape

Alright well you could do an hour a night every night unless your going out obviously but
Sit ups
Push ups
Chin ups
And if you have dumbells (small ones) you can warm down with them.

Umm
Sit ups: 30
Push ups : 20
Chin ups: 15
Dumbells: 15 each arm depending on the weight of the bell.

Thats all just to start you off.
