Im just confused because I have been feeling really nauseated but not actually vommitting, going to the bathroom more than normal, frequent headaches, weight gain, not wanting to eat the foods I would normally eat, my nipples were sore last night and can see some veins coming up that were never there before. I really want to know if someone could help becuse I just want to know whats wrong with me..

Well have you had unprotected sex? Then you could possibly be pregnant, however pregnancy symptoms usually don't show that early. It takes a while. especially not the frequent urinating etc. That only starts later.

I think that you are imagining yourself to be pregnant, which could also explain the missed period.
