...at what point does age become a factor?

I'd say ..ten years difference. But hey, love is love, and if that click or connection is there, who's to say you can't be with that person? Just don't be getting into any affair, cheating, or anything like that.

The oldest I'd ever date .. maybe at the most 7 years older than me. If they look my age, or a little older, that's a plus!

for me the oldest I'd date is 5 years older right now...but for marraige I don't think age should make a difference at all

It really depends on the person. I've dated guys who are more than 10 years older than me and it wasn't an issue at all cause they've wanted to have fun and do things I want to do without worrying about 'settling down.'. But my ex who I dated last year (I was 23 he was 30) was too old for me in that he didn't want to go out to pubs and things with me but rather stay at home and be old and boring. And his friend's were all married with kids and I felt like that's what he was wanting from me (which I'm not ready for.) So I am open to any age depending on whether the guy is right for me or not with their personality. But if a guy is old enough to be my father then I will draw the line lol.
