Wisdom teeth.

I had 5 teeth out on Wednesday. All four wisdom teeth and a molar tooth.

The pain meds they gave me haven't been helping and ice stopped helping. What else can I do to stop the pain?

Did they tell you about dry socket? Sometimes the blood clot can come out and cause reeeally bad pain and you should call your dentist to set up an appointment (but you would be able to see the bone / know if there was something really wrong). You could also call them and ask if there's a different med you could take. Ibuprophen is my personal fave painkiller because it lessens inflamation. I had a severe tooth ache this summer and it was infected really bad and that's what made it hurt. There isn't a whole lot that can be done about that kind of pain though, just suffer through it for about a week then you'll be fine (unless the pain prevents you from doing things in your daily life).
