Where has my desire gone?

My church is getting so little, the people that were there has not come back. The saints do not want to help in the ministries why, I have been there for almost a year,and many have left. The preachers and others have begged me to help in the...

ministries, and my heart keep saying no.why? Am I just being lazy or is the lord telling me no.

I went p the choir rehearshal once, and they treated me judgemental, the pastors wife came to me and said these are very holy people in this choir and it made me feel like she was judging me, im not a fornicator and I o live a holy life before the te lord. I use to be a worship leader many times in different churches, this is nothing knew to me.

I love to sing, but I did not fell welcome in that choir. I was asked again ths sujnday to help , the people keep coming up tp begging me to help, whats wrong with my heart, where has my desire gone.

Church is not important Christ is. We need to serve the Lord not the Church. May be the church you are going to is not functioning in the right way. The Lord does not want you to get stuck to any church. You are a disciple of Jesus Christ and He will show you a ministry that he has Chosen for you. Let me tell you this there is nothing wrong with you but from what I can see there is something wrong with the Church. I suggest find some other Church but don't get attached to any.

well here is my advice to you there are many people out there who claim they are Christians but truly arnt...if they are true christians they wouldnt judge you but they would pray for you and help you...maybe the church is bad so God doesnt but the desire in your heart or maybe the devil is trying to keep you away from the church to get you on the wrong path...my advice to you is pray ask God to show you the right path and wait for an answer ask for his will to be done and ask for wisdom so you will understand to make the correct choice

There is nothing wrong with you!!! Remember we each have our own journey with the Father!!! If He is telling you no, be obedient! I used to be a leader in my church...but I stopped going to church...I have discovered more truth, and have not been happier and in a better relationship with Him than ever before. People are leaving churches because they started to realize we have inherited lies! There are MANY things taught that is not based on Scripture!!
