You can get a completely wireless solution but it won't be for a target type price. The cordless head phone systems with a mic that I have seen online seem to cost around $300 for what it sounds like you are looking for. Keep in mind this is only after a few minutes of looking so you might be able to find a solution that would work for you that doesn't cost so much. Hope you find what you are looking for.

Check out the 'Head-On Wireless Headset' - this could connect to the headset jack on many standard cordless phones to give you wireless functionality.
Answer this Question: "Wireless Home Headset For Cordless Phone?"

Wireless home headset for cordless phone?
Recently I bought a headset for my cordless phone from Target. It works fine, however, it's got a fairly long cord, and it's not very fast or easy to clip it on. What I want is something I can use with no wires, and just set on my ear, for my home cordless phone. I've seen those neat wireless ones with blue tooth for mobile phones. Are there similar such devices for a home phone? Thanks.
