Winnin back an ex?

hi, my partner of 2 years recently broke up with me as he apparantly found someone else, we had had many ups and downs and I admit I began to get a bit clingy, though I never inagined he would betray me, I love him and would do alomost anything to try to...

help him see that, but I also know that I need to move on with my own life and get on with things, I've read books etc on gettin back your ex and thats all well and good but any practical advice from people who have been in a similar situation would be great.. please dont tell me to get over it, as much as I know its the thing to do, it doesnt help, what do I do in the maean time, fight? how so? how do I win him back and help him c that if he was to giv us another chance, then it would maby work, any advice or help would be great., ta.

No one can really tell you what to do and even though you speak to people about your issues they can give advice but no one knows him like you do so take what people say likely.

You can't go begging back as that would only drive him further away and you need to be sure that you want to be with him not because you're alone but because you really KNOW that you could make it work.

You have to make him come to you and by you sitting at home pissing and moaning about him is not very sexy, so what do you need to do....get your self looking like the bomb get your ass to gym change your hair eat healthy and completely change your rutine...

If you eat good and gym good you'll feel good...when you feel good your self estime will automaticaly go up, I know you what you feel knowing he's with someone else but remember there's only one like you and no one can fill that space. He's got a rebound girl and sometimes they do last but mostley they pass away within 9 months *you're thinking WHAT 9 MONTHS* yip sorry to say i'm going on 3 months and it's very hard as I really love this person and know it could work between us.

you have to be patient and you can not force this it only comes with time...
