Window memory diagnostic that tests ram, please help

ok so I play world of warcraft, and its been freezing so I called blizzard they sent me this long message w/ a bunch of options to try to fix it. none worked, so teh tech support wants me to run a windows memory diagnostic, which tests random access...

memory(RAM). I don't have vista so I dont have one already downloaded. they gave me this site to go to, I cant link it so ill tell you what it is. its just the downloadable memory diagnostic test on the microsoft website..if anyone knows what im talking about. I can not figure out how to get it to work. can someone please help me? or tell me where to go to get a simpler version/easier version. Or if someone has done this test before through this site, and could help me out what to do. Pleeeaaaseee =D

wow buy a new computer you probably dont even have the system requirerment to even play the game it works well with 1gb ram and at least 1.0ghz or more with a amd athlon 4400 processor he he and xp and 2000 were best operating systems for the pc games =) o and go to start bar go to run type in cmd then type ping in the cmd promt and space after ping type web adress then type the specific ip it gives you alternate route to websites

Try MemTest86+. You download the disk image and burn it to CD with your favorite CD burning software. Just make sure to burn image to disk, rather than creating a data CD and adding the file. Once it's done you'll have a bootable CD. Boot to the CD and it will just start running the diagnostic. The longer it runs, the more accurate the result (overnight is best) - either you'll have errors or you won't.

funadvice, I definatley have the system requirements to run teh games im playing, usually at 80+ fps...
