What is a wind sprint?

Ok so I am joining tennis and the coach said that we were going to have to do wind sprints in 22 secs or less. Well I have no clue what a wind sprint is. So if anyone can help me out with this... it would be much appreciated.

It's been a while but I seem to remember that it is a fairly short dash going at your fastest possible pace. Short strides and arms pumping.

A short sprint that is run as a training exercise - run as fast as you can in a given distance - find out what the distance is you have to run...Good luck !!
