If you have sex and the spearm only touch the surface... not eject it inside, you will not get pregnant right?

Most likely not. Almost definently not.
First, You have special mucus down there that kills sperm.
Second, Sperm can't survive in open air for very long.

Yes you could get pregnant. Sperm lives a few hours under nails on body surfaces, clothing etc. If you went to the bathroom after and used the paper to wipe yourself you could have actually pushed the sperm into the vagin...don't forge they swim. There has been an increase in pregnancies where there has been no intercourse because of the lack of this understanding. That's why one should never have any type of sex without a condom.
