nope, that is starvation. it will make you retain water. then when you start eating regularly again, your body will have an automatic reaction to save as many calories as possible for nutrition in case you go through another starvation spell. try to eat lots of produce, low fat meats (poultry and fish), and whole grains. then walk around your neighborhood for an hour a day.
Eating meat dairy products is what puts on the weight inches . If you feel you have to eat breakfast, eat 2 pieces of fruit. Leave the cereal bars alone. Too much added sugar and other ingredients added which are not healthy for you. At lunch eat a large salad and try to stay away from bottled dressings. Use extra virgin olive oil fresh squeezed lemon juice or else vinegar. Sea Salt may be added. For a snack can eat some dried fruit or else another piece of fruit. For your dinner, eat another large salad either a baked potato w/olive oil or just plain or else some millet or basamatic brown rice. This will fill you up and you will lose lots of weight, Walking is better than running. When you run, your feet hit the pavement and it shakes up your body too much. You will lose lots of weight and not gain it back. I eat all my food raw. Eating raw fills you up a lot faster and you do not have to eat as much. I also do not eat breakfast. Not hungry when I get up. I don't live to eat, I eat to live. Sorry for the sermon!
