This is what I'm going to start eating everyday...

BREAKFAST- 1 Bowl of Weight Watchers Oatmeal.. (With water) =160 calories..

LUNCH- 1 cup of Special K Red Berries with 1/2 cup Skim Milk=150 Calories..

DINNER- A Jello Vanilla Pudding cup or Apple- About 50-60 cal...

And exercise. :) Should this help? Sorry for my constant threads..but I'm desperate for weight loss. It's really slowed down.
