Will somebody be my diet partner?

Nobody thinks I'm overweight, but my doctor wants me to lose a little because I've been unhealthy with my diet. And so far, I'm having trouble with it. Will somebody go on this diet with me?

ok, i will be your diet partner. i am 14, 5'10'' but.. i weigh like 210(thats because of a.) my calf muscles are HUGE and b) i have eaten a little to much, lol) funmail what diet it is, and what we got to eat and not eat, etc..
