Will she lose him?

I have a friend who is in love with a boy. But she is lying to him. They have never seen each other. Which seems a little weird. She lives in la and he lives in iowa. Hes moving back down to la in a few weeks. They have been talking for about a year and...

a half. Shes not confident in herself. I think shes very pretty. He thinks shes some other girl because she sended him a fake picture. Shes seen him on web cam so she knows for a fact he isnt fake. She wants to confess to him but she doesnt think he is still going to want to be with her. He tells her he loves her and shes the best thing that has happen to him. But then again she lied about everything.

She confessed to me about this a few days ago and I didnt know what to tell her. I was in shocked and im not the best with giving advice. He says he loves her so does it matter how she looks? Unless he fell in love with the girl in the picture she sent him and not her personality. You get me? If he really loves her like he says he does shouldn't he try to make it work??

Im really clueless about this whole situation. But I want to help my friend out. I can tell this is really hurting her because once hes in la shes going to have to stop talking to him or confess and hope he forgives her and still wants to talk to her. What advice can you give my friend?

well its really really weird that some random guy from another state is telling your friend he loves her when they havent even seen each other in person.. its kinda strange. and she should confess to him as soon as possible, IF he really does love her for her then he wont care and if he is just in love w/ the girl in the pic. then.. life goes on. she will find someone better who loves her for her and not her looks...
