How do I eliminate pimples?

How can I minimize the amount of spots I get, I use face cleansers and face washes but they don't seem to work?
Will Eating More Fruits Help And Cutting Down On Junk Food?
Will Wearing Less Makeup Prevent Them?

Acne is caused mainly by the lack of cleansing the face. However, did you know that if you use topical ointments or treatments excessively they actually can open you're pours wider and expose them to more harmful bacteria that can cause further inflammation?
I use a nice clean washcloth, and some warm water. Then wash my face, and maybe twice a week I well use a little peroxide this helps in continued cleanliness, however do not do this every day, as it may dry out your skin.

If your condition however, is severe you may wish to first consult a physician before making any attempts at self treatment.

Eating French fries or fried chicken, or yummy stuff like that (which I love) or Pizza etc.
That doesn't actually affect your having pimples/zits or not.

Now, if you work in a fast food restaurant and are around a fry vat which hot steamy grease articulates on your skin so oily day after day, it could cause break-outs.
However, the best way I have found is to clean the affected area, and clean it well & often.
