Will eating small amounts make you lose weight fast?

If I only ate 2 small meals a day how much weight would I lose in like a week??

you will be more hungry if you do that...starving yourself doesnt make you lose weight,,,a balanced diet will...eat chicken,salad...cut the fried stuff

Not eating doesn't make you lose weight - eventually you'll gain weight from it because your body will start eating itself.

yeha actually eating less will make your metabolism store extra fatty cells because it thinks its going into a lack of food, its sort of a safety thing our bodies do to help us survive when food may be low, so in the end you will gain more weight...

Doing this will only cause you to lose weight whilst on this 'diet', your metabolism will slow right down and you will put the weight back on as soon as you begin eating again. The weight you lose will be muscle, as the body will be starved of protein and prefers to break down muscle before fat as its easier. This will make you look less toned and more flabby than before you started it.

You are best of drinking plenty water (3 litres a day) and eating a small meal every 3 hours which will keep your metabolism cranked up. And NEVER skip breakfast.

Also do not eat after 7:30pm at night, and this will help you lose the weight.

not eating does not make you lose weight. the more you eat the more you have to burn and it speeds up your metabolism. so eat 3 balanced meals, and 2 small healthy snacks a day. excersize and trust me, I did this and lost 22 pounds. it takes a while, but the weight is pretty much permanentely gone, as its very hard to gain weight back when you lose it the right way. I'm still doing it and well on my way!!!
