There's a powder you can get at most drugs stores to mix with milk...it's call weight Gain...usally has a footbal player on it or sport photo...there are other out there too with good high clalories...good luck!
By the way don't worry about gaining more weight..Be happy with you body. To increase your strength you are going to have to increase your reps and sets of reps. Start by doing everything you are doing now, just increase it to maybe 10 sets of 12 reps. If you're interested I can give you a routine.
Upper body one day lower body the next etc....

ok heres the deal to become good at something lets say football you have to play football and to become a better soccer player then you have to play soccer. so what I suggest is that you run 1-2 miles every day for a while that will help your cardio. then play the sport. then make sure you consume more than 2000 calories a day. hope this helps

Weight lifting
im a 16 year old and im 5'8. I have been lifting wieghts for somtime now. I need help on how to gain more weight and more muscle.. am I doing this right I do 3 sets of 3 reps is that good I am 142 pounds and very athletic. my goal is to gain more weight and more muscle mass.. I eat 3 mealls a day with snacks in between I eat pasta ( a snack ) befor I do anylifting please help and some adivice thanks a bunch
