Why won't he ask me out

There is this really hot guy. I like him a lot. He told me that he likes me to. Everyone one thinks me and him would make a great couple. He is so kind and gentle to me. He acts like he likes me. when ever I see him he always simles at me and I simle...

back. we always give each other hugs all the time. In the class we have together, when ever we watch a movie he comes over to sit by me and we always talk and we always miss the movie. And that is fine with me because I love talking to him. PLEASE HELP ME!!! Why won#039;t he ask me out?
