Because girls produce one egg in each month, and when this single (rarery more than one) egg changes the previous one, then it needs some bleedeing. Instead of this, boys continuously produces tiny sperm cells, millions, and that do not need changing in each month.

well girls cary eggs wich cause them a menstral cycle when the eggs arnt used, its diffrent with guys they have sperm to fertilize a girl boys usally get it around the same time girls get there period age 12/13
