Well, it only makes you gain water weight. Its not those fats. Water weight can be shed off easily. Just by going to the toliet to urine. Its natural. So dont worry.

Try not to drink much water before you go to bed. It will make you look and feel fat.

I hope I did some help. =]

water doesn't make you gain weight, as in fat.

if you're refering to water retention, it's when the body stores water, normally becuase it's not getting enough of it. it's a bit of a paradox really, if you have water retention you should drink MORE water, not less, you need to tell your body it doesn't need to keep reserves anymore!!

and it's not weight, it's just the weight of the fluid (on the scales) and can make a person appear 'puffy'...

It's not the water itself, it's water retention.

I'm pretty much going to repeat what sooctia said, but I will tell you that yes, if you normally don't drink water, you WILL gain water weight, but if you drink water normally, but you overload the salt, that will also make you gain water weight (and plus, salt's bad for you... don't go over the limit..)

Anyway... I just noticed none of your answers included that.

So I hope helped!!
