uh, he's actually one of the best ones. he's trying to get rid of the money problems[like rich, poor. obviously it's not going to completely go away, but he's trying to fix some parts] and deal with most of the big problems. most people don't like him because he's black. and some people don't like him for no reason. like that ashlyn girl. she's not even naming reasons why she doesn't like him. she's just saying it.
hahah are world is sure filled with educated people today. [:

I think Obama is better than Bush. I admit, though, that I don't know a lot about what Obama is doing or not doing, except that I have noticed that my 'group', the 'disabled' has been overlooked many times.

Actually, for those who don't like him, that's the one thing that DOESN'T bother them...

I believe that a lot of conservatives hate Obama for the same reason they hated Clinton. Clinton for all his flaws was a highly successful president. Clinton cut federal staffing to the lowest level it had been since JFK, he cut federal spending by eliminating and streamlining, and had the longest peace time economic expansion in our nation's history. Clinton cut the deficit every year he was in office and ended with a surplus. In short Clinton showed up the Republicans up by doing things they said they would do but never got around to. If Obama is successful it calls into question the whole Republican approach. If Obama succeeds the Republicans loose more power and influence so it is in their best interest for him to fail so many will do everything they can to sink our president.

***because by passing that VERY LOOSE bill on abortion, he is willingly letting people kill. in my opinion, hes killed more people than anyone.***

You're basing your evaluation on whether your president is good or bad on one item, and abortion is not considered killing by everyone, else it wouldn't be allowed at all...and not speaking from experience, but wasn't abortion allowed under the reign of Bush as well?

***he is by far not the worst president I have ever know, but the worst person I have ever known. In my opnion, he is worse that Bn Ladin and hussan (or however you spell it)***

I am not American, however your previous president made your whole country the butt of just about every joke around here, now that guy WAS really bad for you and your image.

Also I do feel sorry for Obama as well...the whole world is placing immense pressure on him, mainly BECAUSE he is the first black president of America and now everyone is expecting miracles, mainly based on his skin color.

And as for abortion, it's all about opinion, just like this question is I suppose and not everyone sees it as murder and sometimes it is necessary. Also isn't America supposed to be a democracy I.e. freedom of choice? So by that standards he is correct isn't he? It should be every womans choice what to do with his or her body. (but then again, that's only one topic and him being a good/bad president shouldn't be based on one factor alone)

Ashlyn, you're not helping your cause. Just stop talking now, you're making it worse.

Enough said.

Ashlyn, to be so educated as you say you are it's funny how you can't spell Osama Bin Ladens name. Also, to compare a terrorist who killed millions of people to someone who supports the PEOPLES CHOICE, isn't a very educated thing either.

and no its not because he is black. at al. im the most non racial person you could meet. especially from the area I live. so im seriously offended by that ignorant remark

I know plenty of people who live in diverse citys/schools who are racist, just because you see a black person from time to time doesn't mean that you can't be racist or that you're not prejudice. I'm definitely not saying you are, but you know...

Finally, to answer the question. Not everyone is going to like the president, of course. There were plenty of people who didn't like Bush (very smart people). I see what you're saying though, people need to learn to support someone who is trying to help change this world and not be so negative. It's only been a little over a hundred days since he's been in office and he's done WAYYY more positive things than Bush did in EIGHT YEARS.

:]
I've learned Ignorance IS bliss, for some people.

I don't hate Obama at all but I don't like policies that take America in the wrong direction - I believe No American should support policies that take it the direction of a Socialist State - too many have paid the ultimate price for our freedom, prosperity, and a 200 yr old successful free-enterprise system - As I observe the Obama administration, it appears they don't see people, they see groups and classes - some of which need to be punished, stated 'spread the wealth around' - they see a nation of victims - they see free speech they want to suppress - they see people they want to exploit - they don't see potential - stated: 'we may not recover from this crisis', they use crisis, crisis, fear, fear to quickly pass legislation so there's no time to read it, enabling the cramming-in of agenda, paybacks, and a chance to erode freedoms a little at a time so as not to be noticed - no 5 day public read policy as promised - the last being so urgent, it wasn't signed into law for 4 days - recently pass a massive spending package, full of (some 4000+) earmarks - after being promised he would go through 'line by line' to keep them out - signed in secret - stated: 'most ethical', putting a tax cheat in charge to ensure you pay yours - stated 'no lobbyists' and appointed one #2 at DOD - stated: 'big tax break for 95% of Americans' - that big break stimulus: from the many billions, $13 per week is what people who qualify are getting - that is $676 bucks for the year - don't get too excited though, because next year it drops to $8 per week - stated: 'Change doesn't come from Washington, change comes to Washington' - also 'We don't need the same old politics with the same old people' - Clinton administration: Rahm Emanuel, Robert Riesch, Leon Panetta, Eric Holder, Carol Browner, Susan Rice, Hillary Clinton - Obama administration: Rahm Emanuel, Robert Riesch, Leon Panetta, Eric Holder, Carol Browner, Susan Rice, Hillary Clinton - not a complete list - sad his rhetoric doesn't match his actions and the sheeple just follow along, never questioning - not the type of 'Change' (non-stop spending, increasing debt, raising taxes, growing government bigger, taking over private enterprises, putting down America in practically every speech, shaking hands, grinning broadly, and bowing to leaders known to hate America - never does he mention what's Good about America) - and the sheeple say 'he's done nothing wrong or to hurt us or ever will' - mentioned above is only a partial list (didn't get carried away) of the workings of 'The One'.

your name is cuumsneezer.

nuff said.

next time don't comment on a question that requires someone to be able to fully understand the things Obama has done compared to what Bush DIDN'T do. Obama hasn't made your family even more poor, how could he be capable of doing that? Muslim is a religion not a race. Malcolm X was muslim. Are you talking down on the muslim religion? If so, why? Do you even know anything about muslims?

Okay, first biracial president, so what? Is that supposed to be an insult? HAHAHAHAAA

Wow.
IGNORANCE IS BLISS for some of you isn't it?
