Why isn`t it at least decreasing?

so I was watching animal planet and I seen a commercial that said that Animal Heroes Phoenix and all new episodes are airing soon and before it said that I thought it was going to say Animal Cops Philedelphia and then it hit me, if they say it`s stopping...

then why are they making new shows that deal with animal cruelty? every day im at the shelter there`s always something new dealing with beatings, neglect, hit-and-run story, relative died and don`t want the thing, or something along that line ,got any real answers other than that people are evil or somethin along that line?

Look, it is just like people. race will never go away. someone will always hate, blacks, whites, and so one, people will always hate gay people, ugly people, fat people, hot people, and animals will always get abused. you can't stop hate, we try, but no matter what there is always going to be butt heads. All we can do is control our own actions and hope that others follow, but this will never be a perfect world. I just hope that the laws get tougher to give these people more rights to act on and arrest these jackass. Look things just don't change, I work with a Dr. who is gay and her and her girlfriend just went to Ca. to get married and they come home and it is not even regonized here. What the hell , we can't even let people live there life and be happy, it does not matter if we think it is right or wrong, they should still be able to be happy and have the same rights.

because they want people to be aware of what others are doing to the poot little aniamals and trying to tell them that it is wrong to do that kind of stuff. they want to spread it around. the two shows are probaly made by two different kind of producers.

CAUSE THERE ARE a lot OF HORRIBLE PEOPLE OUT THERE STILL ABUSEING/NEGLECTING PET.BUT IT HAS LOWERED.I THINK you COULD OF FIGURED THAT OUT YOUR SELF
