Why is Webkinz not working?

I’m on my moms laptop and I keep going to Webkinz and I keep pressing Log In, but all that shows up is a blank page. And this is only on my moms laptop. Is it the laptop, or is it the website? Whats wrong with Webkinz?

My daughter was just on Webkinz and it seemed to be working fine…if you’re having problems though you should contact them to find out why.
