Q: Why is my web and picture txt not working?

Hi im tika , and had bought a phone on 11th january .
I have paid my bill too for web and picture txt but it isn't working why?

A: the phone needs to be set up.. phone your provider and theyll sort it for you.. its normally just a text they send you and you just follow the instructions.
